9wiket Terms & Conditions — Know Before You Play

These Terms and Conditions (hereafter "Terms") apply to the 9wiket platform and all its services. By browsing the 9wiket.click website, creating an account, or using any of our services, you are deemed to have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

Deposits at 9wiket can be made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The following rules apply to all deposits:

• Daily deposit limit: ৳10,00,000
• No processing fees are charged on deposits.
• Deposits are usually instant. If a deposit is delayed for any reason, it will be credited to your wallet within a maximum of 30 minutes.

9wiket only accepts funds from legitimate sources. If money laundering or any other illegal activity is suspected, 9wiket reserves the right to freeze the relevant deposit and report the matter to the relevant authorities.

Your account must have completed KYC verification before you can withdraw winnings. Withdrawal rules are as follows:

• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 5 minutes on average, up to 1 hour maximum.
• Large withdrawals (৳50,000 or more) may take up to 24 hours for additional verification.
• The maximum daily withdrawal amount is ৳5,00,000.

Withdrawal requests cannot be cancelled once submitted. Please make sure the amount is correct before sending your request.

Live Betting

Odds change rapidly in live betting. If the odds shift before your bet is confirmed, you will be given the option to confirm the bet at the new odds. Unless "Auto-Accept" is enabled, you will need to manually accept any changed odds.

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited on 9wiket and may result in permanent account closure:

• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses.
• Providing a false identity or submitting misleading information.
• Attempting to manipulate games or betting using software or bots.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another member's account.
• Using 9wiket for money laundering or transacting funds from illegal sources.
• Harassing, intimidating, or defrauding other members.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.

9wiket believes gaming should be fun — not stressful. We actively promote responsible gaming and provide the tools needed to support it.

• All members can set their own deposit limits, session timers, and loss limits.
• A cooling-off period (from 24 hours up to 6 months) can be self-set.
• If you choose Self-Exclusion, your account will be completely suspended for a specified period.
• 9wiket is strictly off-limits to anyone under 18 — age verification is rigorously enforced.

• If there are any active bets, the account will be closed once they have been settled.

If 9wiket finds evidence of a Terms violation, fraud, or prohibited activity, it reserves the right to close the account without prior notice. Where there is reasonable grounds for forfeiture, the account balance may be withheld.
